Data sharing
With your explicit consent (checkbox on the form), your contact details and request (name, phone, email, city, description) are shared with one or more partner professionals in your area who hold an RBQ licence, so that they can contact you and offer a quote.
These professionals pay us for this referral. Your request is only shared with the professionals concerned by your need and area, and is never used for advertising or passed on to other third parties.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@urgenceplomberieqc.com.
Our data processors (servers located outside Quebec, notably in the United States): - Vercel (website hosting) - Resend (email notifications) - Google (request tracking spreadsheet and, with your consent, Google Analytics)
Security
All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Form data is processed server-side only and is never exposed in client-side JavaScript. We apply the principle of data minimization.
